Voice Memos, if it took your meetings seriously.
Audio Recorder captures your microphone, system audio, or both mixed together — which is what a Teams, Zoom, Meet or Webex call actually needs. It transcribes the full timeline, summarises with Apple Intelligence entirely on-device, and can start and stop itself around calendar meetings without you touching anything.

System audio is captured through a Core Audio process tap and mixed with the microphone in a private aggregate device — so a call records both sides, not just you.
Time-coded transcription of the whole timeline. The spoken line is bright, the rest dim, the view scrolls itself, and clicking any line jumps playback there. Export as TXT, SRT or VTT.
Overview, key points and action items via Apple Intelligence — nothing is uploaded. It carries the specifics: amounts, names, deadlines and objections, not vague restatements.
Reads the calendars macOS already syncs, detects Teams, Zoom, Meet and Webex by join link, then starts and stops itself — naming and tagging the file after the meeting.
Trim with draggable waveform handles, crop, split, combine recordings into one. Edits go to a temp file and swap in only after the result reads back, so nothing can truncate.
VBR AAC in M4A by default — around 29 MB an hour, transparent for speech. ALAC and FLAC when you need lossless, at roughly half the size of WAV.
Every preset can also be dialled in by hand — codec, bitrate, sample rate, bit depth and channels.

These utilities are built and signed locally, not yet notarised through Apple's Developer ID programme. macOS will warn you the first time you open one. That is Gatekeeper doing its job — here is how to proceed if you trust the source.
Still blocked? Remove the quarantine flag from the Terminal:
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/AudioRecorder.app"Yes — that is the point of the mixed mode. The microphone alone captures only your voice, so the app combines a Core Audio system-audio tap with your microphone. Headphones help stop speaker sound being picked up twice.
