Terms of Use
Effective October 20, 2026 · Morsewire for Mac, by Solvixa Labs
In short: Morsewire is licensed to you under Apple's standard licence agreement for App Store apps. The free features are free to use; Morsewire Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple that you can cancel any time. Use Morsewire only with systems you're allowed to test.
1. The licence
Morsewire is provided by Solvixa Labs and licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These Terms add to the Standard EULA; if they conflict, these Terms apply to the extent the law allows. By downloading or using Morsewire you agree to both.
2. Morsewire Pro subscriptions
- Plans. Morsewire Pro is available as Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly. Current prices are shown in the app and on the App Store in your local currency.
- Free trial. New subscribers may get a 1-week free trial, once per Apple ID. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes a paid subscription and you're charged the plan's price.
- Billing and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase (or when the trial ends). Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancelling. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings, or from Morsewire › Morsewire Pro › Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays unlocked until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple, and refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Your devices. A subscription belongs to the Apple ID that bought it and works on the Macs signed in with that Apple ID, as the App Store allows. Use Restore Purchases in the app after reinstalling or on another Mac.
- Changes. We may change which features are in Pro, or the prices, for future periods. Price changes follow Apple's rules, including notice and, where required, your consent.
3. Acceptable use
Morsewire sends requests, captures traffic and runs load tests on your instructions. You're responsible for how you use it. In particular, you agree to:
- send requests, capture traffic and run load tests only against systems you own or are authorized to test;
- not use Morsewire to attack, overload or gain unauthorized access to any system, or to break any law or third party's terms;
- install the capture certificate only on devices you control, and remove it when you no longer need it.
4. Your content and third-party services
Your collections, data and credentials remain yours, and stay on your Mac (see our Privacy Policy). When you connect Morsewire to other services — APIs, Git hosts, npm, secret vaults or Anthropic's API for the AI assistant — those services' terms apply, and you're responsible for any accounts, keys and charges with them.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Morsewire is provided “as is” and “as available”, as set out in the Standard EULA. To the fullest extent the law allows, Solvixa Labs isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Morsewire; and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Morsewire Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date; continuing to use Morsewire after that means you accept it.
